We now have all the necessary permits for us to take our pork products to Farmer’s Markets and you will find us at:
- Annapolis Royal Farmer’s & Trader’s Market on Saturday mornings, (at the front next to the music stage) and,
- Bear River Farmer’s & Artist’s Market on Sunday afternoons.
Our bacon is smoked for us by the Hickory Hut Smokehouse in Tusket.
Our sausages are made for us by a licensed meat processor in Yarmouth. They are made with all the prime cuts of meat; shoulder, loin and ham, with no added fat, resulting in a lean, meaty sausage that is succulent and full of flavour. We are currently offering 9 varieties of sausage :
- Traditional
- Honey & Garlic
- Sun Dried Tomato & Basil
- Hot Italian
- English Banger
- Maple
- Oktoberfest
- Gluten Free Regular
- Gluten Free Honey & Garlic
